Ingredients
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms. Brush mushrooms with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stuff with desired ingredients.
  4. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
