- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Remove stems from mushrooms. Brush mushrooms with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stuff with desired ingredients.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
