- 6 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
