- 6 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Place jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm.
