Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup of softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread.
  3. Roll up each slice tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
  5. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some butter or oil.
  7. Cook each roll-up for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with syrup or your favorite topping.
