- 1/4 cup of softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread.
- Roll up each slice tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, making sure to coat evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add some butter or oil.
- Cook each roll-up for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or your favorite topping.
