Strawberry-Rhubar…
Ingredients
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 2 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, flour and nutmeg.
  3. Place the mixture in the pie shell.
  4. Cut butter into small pieces and sprinkle over the top.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for an additional 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
