Strawberry Tartle…
Ingredients
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll crusts and cut into 12 circles using a 3-inch biscuit cutter. Place circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Brush edges of circles with egg white and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon 1 tablespoon preserves onto center of each circle.
  4. Fold up edges of the dough around the filling, overlapping slightly to form a tartlet shape.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before serving.
