- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll crusts and cut into 12 circles using a 3-inch biscuit cutter. Place circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush edges of circles with egg white and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon preserves onto center of each circle.
- Fold up edges of the dough around the filling, overlapping slightly to form a tartlet shape.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before serving.
