- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Add sour cream and mix until blended.
- Spread half of the batter into prepared pan.
- Mix strawberry preserves with remaining batter and spoon over the top of the plain layer.
- Sprinkle with flour and swirl with a knife. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool before serving.
