Strawberry Swirl …
Ingredients
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Add sour cream and mix until blended.
  6. Spread half of the batter into prepared pan.
  7. Mix strawberry preserves with remaining batter and spoon over the top of the plain layer.
  8. Sprinkle with flour and swirl with a knife. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool before serving.
