Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar

- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and vinegar.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, onion and feta.
- Toss with the dressing and serve.
