- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture into cooled crust.
- Top with strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
