Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture into cooled crust.
  5. Top with strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
