Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.
  2. In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until thick. Beat in vanilla and melted butter.
  4. Stir in the dry ingredients until blended.
  5. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cake springs back when lightly tapped.
  7. Cool completely before rolling.
