- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.
- In a small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until thick. Beat in vanilla and melted butter.
- Stir in the dry ingredients until blended.
- Spread evenly into prepared pan.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cake springs back when lightly tapped.
- Cool completely before rolling.
