- 2 cups rhubarb, diced
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the rhubarb, strawberries and sugar.
- In a small bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Add the flour mixture to the fruit mixture and stir until combined.
- Put the fruit mixture in an 8-inch square baking dish.
- Sprinkle with butter pieces.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
