- 2 cups diced rhubarb
- 2 cups diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- In a medium saucepan, combine rhubarb, strawberries, honey, orange juice and cinnamon.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
- Remove from heat and cool before serving.
