Strawberry Rhubar…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh Rhubarb (chopped)
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup White Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 cup Butter (softened)

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the rhubarb, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and oats.
  4. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Spread the rhubarb mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with the oat mixture.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
