- 1 9-inch pre-baked pastry shell
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3 oz. Strawberry Jello
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add cold water and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add strawberries and mix gently.
- Pour into the pre-baked pastry shell.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Cool before serving.
