In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, oil and buttermilk or milk mixture. Add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Heat a lightly greased griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Sprinkle with chopped strawberries. Flip when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
Cook until second side is golden brown. Serve hot.
