Strawberry Mascar…
Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons butter, cold and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch tart pan with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, almond flour and salt.
  3. Using a pastry cutter or two knives, cut in the butter until it resembles coarse meal.
  4. Add the cold water and mix until it forms a ball of dough.
  5. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the tart pan.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. In a medium bowl, beat together mascarpone cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  8. Add eggs and mix until well combined.
  9. Pour filling into pre-baked crust. Bake for 25 minutes or until set in center.
  10. Cool completely before serving.
