Strawberry Jam
Ingredients
  • 4 cups strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the strawberries and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the lemon juice and reduce the heat to low.
  4. Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to an airtight container.
