Ingredients
- 1 quart strawberry ice cream
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
- Whipped cream

Steps
- Let the ice cream soften at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Spread the softened ice cream into the prepared graham cracker crust. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Spread the strawberry preserves over the top of the frozen pie. Freeze for another hour or until firm.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Enjoy!
