- 1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Soften ice cream slightly.
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Fold softened ice cream into the mixture until evenly blended. Pour into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool before serving.
