Ingredients
  • 1/2 gallon strawberry ice cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Soften ice cream slightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Fold softened ice cream into the mixture until evenly blended. Pour into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow to cool before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
