- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the bread cubes in the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour evenly over bread cubes.
- Sprinkle frozen strawberries over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
- Serve warm.
