Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the bread cubes in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour evenly over bread cubes.
  4. Sprinkle frozen strawberries over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and center is set.
  6. Serve warm.
