Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange bread cubes in the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine strawberries and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the bread cubes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, vanilla extract, cinnamon and melted butter.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes and strawberries.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
