- 2 loaves French bread
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cut the French bread into cubes and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, butter, sugar and cinnamon. Spoon over the bread cubes.
- In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 40 minutes in preheated oven.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
