Strawberry Cream …
Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the bread cubes in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and strawberry jam. Spread over the bread cubes.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over the bread and cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown and set in the center.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
