- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 (16-ounce) container frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared tart pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sugar and vanilla until combined. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in strawberries.
- Pour into prepared crust. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool before serving.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator.
