Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
