- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth or water, soy sauce or tamari sauce, and sesame seeds. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
