Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Steps
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the vegetable broth or water, soy sauce or tamari sauce, and sesame seeds. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve hot.
