Stir-Fried Noodles
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. noodles
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots

Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until al dente.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, bell pepper and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir-fry until everything is heated through.
  4. Serve hot.
