- 1/2 lb. noodles
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until al dente.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, bell pepper and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and stir-fry until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot.
