Stir-Fried Noodle…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. noodles
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Steps
  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Add bell pepper, carrot and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles and green onions and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
