Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in bell pepper, ginger, and red pepper flakes; cook and stir until the bell pepper has softened, about 5 minutes more.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and rice vinegar; cook and stir until heated through.
  5. Serve hot.
