- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup mushrooms
- Chop the onion and garlic.
- Cut the peppers, carrot and mushrooms into thin slices.
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add the peppers, carrot and mushrooms and stir fry for 3 minutes.
