Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil

Steps
  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil and swirl to coat the pan.
  2. Add the garlic and onion and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the bell pepper and shrimp and cook until the shrimp are just cooked through, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar and stir to combine.
  5. Add the noodles and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until noodles are heated through.
  6. Serve hot with desired toppings.
