- 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the bell pepper and shrimp and cook until the shrimp are just cooked through, about 2 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and brown sugar and stir to combine.
- Add the noodles and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes or until noodles are heated through.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
