Ingredients
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water

Steps
  1. Rinse the jasmine rice in a strainer until the water runs clear.
  2. Place the rinsed jasmine rice and water into a medium-sized pot.
  3. Bring to a boil and stir once.
  4. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
