- 1 lb. fish fillet
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place fish in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
- Pour white wine over the fish.
- Dot with butter and season with salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
