Steamed Fish
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fish fillet
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place fish in a greased baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
  4. Pour white wine over the fish.
  5. Dot with butter and season with salt.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot.
