- 1 lb. steak
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 8-10 small flour tortillas
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 5 minutes, flipping once.
- Add salsa, cilantro and red onion to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat.
- Divide steak mixture among the tortillas and serve.
