Spinach Salad
Ingredients
  • 2 bunches spinach, washed and dried
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Serve immediately.
