- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add in the yogurt, oil and water. Stir until everything is combined.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is soft and smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- Roll each part into a ball and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to form a circle.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one of the naan circles onto the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Repeat with remaining naan circles.
