Spinach Naan Bread
Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add in the yogurt, oil and water. Stir until everything is combined.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is soft and smooth.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  6. Roll each part into a ball and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to form a circle.
  7. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one of the naan circles onto the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  8. Repeat with remaining naan circles.
