- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, spinach, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Lay out lasagna noodles on a flat surface. Spread the spinach mixture evenly over noodles.
- Roll up each noodle and place seam side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Serve hot.
