- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until softened.
- Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach leaves, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Spread pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Top with mozzarella cheese and artichoke mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
