Spinach Artichoke…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until softened.
  3. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach leaves, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  4. Spread pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Top with mozzarella cheese and artichoke mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
