Spinach Artichoke…
Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked artichoke hearts, chopped

Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  3. Serve with pita chips, vegetables or crackers.
