Spinach Artichoke…
Ingredients
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
  3. Spread into a 9 inch pie plate.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
