- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
- Spread into a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
