Spicy Tuna Roll
Ingredients
  • 6 ounces sushi-grade tuna
  • 1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped scallions

Steps
  1. Cut the tuna into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the wasabi paste, soy sauce, sesame oil and mayonnaise.
  3. Add the tuna cubes to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Gently fold in the scallions.
  5. Roll the mixture into small cylinders and serve.
