- 6 ounces sushi-grade tuna
- 1/4 teaspoon wasabi paste
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- Cut the tuna into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix together the wasabi paste, soy sauce, sesame oil and mayonnaise.
- Add the tuna cubes to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in the scallions.
- Roll the mixture into small cylinders and serve.
